Join the Shoebox Campaign
Now more than ever children around the world need to have hope. They need to learn that hope that will last no matter what is going on around them only comes from knowing that Jesus loves them. And shoeboxes brimming with gifts that reflect His lavish love are one important tool He will use again this year to fill their hearts with that hope.
You can reach children with this good news when you take part in Crossroads Ministries’ 2020 Operation Christmas Child shoebox collection campaign. Our goal as a church this year is to pack 600 boxes. Please remember this goal as you prayerfully consider the role you can play in spreading great joy even to kids who live at the ends of the earth.
You can Build A Shoebox Online – no need to leave home and you still can have fun sharing the Gospel with boys and girls from 2 to 14 years old.
For those who enjoyed last year’s inaugural Packing Parties, we’re preparing to do them again. The churchwide event will take place on
Saturday, Nov. 15, from 4 to 6 p.m. Canopy Kids will fill shoeboxes on Wednesday evening, Nov. 18.
Preprinted shoeboxes are available now and ready to hold fun toys, hygiene items, school supplies – and special “WOW” toys such as dolls, soccer balls with pumps, stuffed animals – you get the idea.
When your box is ready to go, return it to Crossroads. National Collection Week is Nov. 16-Nov. 23. Volunteers will be waiting curbside to unload boxes and start them on their way. No need to get out of your vehicle or come into the building this collection season.
